Luis Palácios was born in the city of São Paulo - Brazil, and from a young age began a self-taught formation in photography, music and visual arts. Luis alternated part of his young life between the country side and the coast, where grew up his bonds with Nature - the wildlife of forests and the sea. He holds a degree in Business Administration working in the Digital Printing Technology segment, pioneer in Brazil in its application for photography and visual arts. Following the path of the Arts in parallel to his corporate professional life, he participated in several expeditions and photography workshops with renowned Brazilian Nature and Wildlife Photographers. Contributes for National Geographic Magazine. He studied Documentary Filmmaking at NYFA - New York Film Academy, graduated in the Spring of 2019, where he produced and directed the short documentary "The unknown Grey". Underwater photographer certified by IANTD - International Association Nitrox and Technical Divers, Luis acts for the Environmental Conservation by supporting Non-Profits Organizations and researchers with his volunteer work of Nature and Wildlife Photography and Filmmaking. Luis also produces Nature and Wildlife Photography expeditions, documentary films, among other audio-visual projects.
